우버이츠는 지난 2년간 국내 레스토랑 파트너들과의 협력을 통해 언제든지 믿을 수 있는 편리한 음식 배달을 제공해 왔으며, 고심 끝에 우버이츠 국내 사업을 중단하는 어려운 결정에 이르게 되었음을 알려 드립니다. 오는 10월 14일까지 우버이츠 플랫폼은 정상적으로 운영됩니다.

당사는 우버이츠 국내 사업 중단의 슬픔을 뒤로 하고, 우버 모빌리티 사업을 통해 국내 시장을 지속적으로 지원해 나가고자 최선을 다할 것입니다. 우버는 이번 결정으로 인해 당사 직원들, 레스토랑 및 배달파트너 분들과 우버이츠를 사랑해 주신 고객 여러분들께 미칠 영향을 최소화하는 데 최우선적으로 집중할 것임을 말씀드립니다.

After two years’ partnering with local restaurants to offer convenient, reliable food delivery, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue Uber Eats in South Korea, at the end of October 14, 2019. 

While we are sad that Uber Eats is leaving Korea, we are committed to continue serving our communities here through our Uber Rides business. Our number one priority now is to do everything possible to minimise the impact on our valued employees, restaurant partners, delivery partners and consumers who have supported us.
