Deliver with Uber Eats
How to sign up deliver
Step 1: Download App
Download the Uber Driver App from your Google Play or App Store.
Step 2: Sign in or Register
To register you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a motorbike or bicycle
- Have a smartphone.
Use your full legal names as they appear in your documents.
Step 3: Select your city
- Nairobi
- Mombasa
- Kisumu
- Nakuru
- Naivasha
Step 4: Select your vehicle
- Motorbike | Uber Eats - if you have a motorbike
- Bicycle | Uber Eats - if you have a bicycle
Step 5: Submit your Documents
Check document requirements below.
When uploading documents, make sure:
- the document image is clear
- all text is readable
- full document is visible in photo
Step 6: Document Review
Once uploaded, your documents will be reviewed and approved.
Keep checking the app to ensure all your documents are approved. Re-upload any rejected documents.
You will also be prompted to upload your identification documents on Ubble - follow the steps in app.
Once approved, your registration process is then complete and your account is set up.
Step 7: Insulated bag
An insulated delivery bag is required for Uber Eats deliveries.
You will receive a link to purchase a bag when your account is ready.
Just remember! Do not purchase a bag before receiving communication to do so.
Step 8: Account Activation
After receiving your bag, your account will be activated within 24 to 48 hours.
You will then be ready to receive orders and start earning!
Delivery requirements in Kenya
- Motorbike delivery
- Be at least 18 years old
- Any make or model motorbike
- Valid Driver's license
- Valid National ID

- Third Party / Comprehensive Insurance must be valid
- Bicycle Delivery
- Be at least 18 years old
- Any make or model bicycle
- Valid National ID
