- You will be deemed to agree to our user T&Cs and our privacy notice by requesting delivery of your package. Please see this page for the information provided under Specified Commercial Transaction Act. 

- Not available in all locations. Check the Uber app for availability. 

- Neither Uber nor third-party drivers or delivery people are responsible for the package(s), nor for the content of the package(s), so they disclaim any obligation or responsibility related to the package(s), its content and/or delivery, including any loss or damage that the package(s) may suffer unless you have suffered damage as a result of our intentional acts or gross negligence. Uber does not maintain insurance coverage for package loss, theft, or damage caused by a third party.

- If the package does not meet any one of the following conditions, the service cannot be used, and even if an order is placed, the delivery partner will cancel the order:

 - Does not contain prohibited or illegal items

 - For 2 wheeled bikes: packages should weigh 12 kg or less and able to fit into a delivery bag (45cm x 45cm x 30cm or less).

 - For 4-wheeled vehicles: each item must weigh 23 kg or less, with a total order weight 135 kg or less and a maximum volume of 79,706 cm³.

 - Can be safely carried and easily loaded onto the vehicle.

 - Is properly packaged, sealed, and in a condition suitable for delivery.

- If the delivery partner is unable to hand over the item to the recipient, they may return the item to you. This may include leaving the item at or near the original pickup location.

- This campaign is open only to those customers who have received this email directly from Uber Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “Uber”).

- Similar promotions may run concurrently or consecutively with this Campaign. You are responsible for checking the terms and conditions, including any applicable relationship with other promotions, and the status of other promotions at any time.

- Uber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, extend, or terminate this Campaign and its eligibility at any time without prior notice.

- In the event of any dispute arising directly or indirectly out of this campaign, the decision by Uber shall be final.
- This campaign is valid only for deliveries where both the pickup and drop-off locations are within the service areas.

• Areas: Hokkaido, Aomori, Miyagi, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Ishikawa, Nagano, Gifu, Aichi, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Kochi, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.

‐Users who have previously used Courier delivery services in the eligible areas are not eligible for this offer.

-The promotion code (JPSENDERI) is valid for one trip starting before 21 June 2026 at 23:55, with a maximum discount of ¥5,000 per trip.

-This promotion code will be automatically applied to your account, but may take some time to be applied. Before requesting a ride, please check the "Promotions" section of the screen displayed under "Account" - "Payment Methods" in the Uber app. If the information for this promotion code is not already reflected in your account, please add [JPSENDERI]".

-If this promotion code is not entered prior to the dispatch request, the promotion will not be applied.

-This promotion code is not applicable for payments made in cash.

-If multiple promotion codes are entered into the Uber app, the highest promotion amount will be automatically applied. If the fare is less than the maximum amount, the remaining amount will not be carried over or refunded.

-Any additional fare shall be paid by the customer.

-This campaign is not applicable for rides booked through the WeChat Mini Program.

-This promotion code is non-transferable.

-In the event that this promotion code is not applied to your account, please contact us through  Help.

-By requesting a ride, you are deemed to agree to Uber’s User Terms and Privacy Policy.
