During the Promotion Period, each user will be entitled to enjoy 20% off five trips (maximum HK$70 off per trip) (“Offer”). Any excess fare charged above the Offer value shall be paid by the user. If the trip fare is lower than the Offer value, any shortfall will not be refunded, accumulated, or deferred.
This Offer is exclusively applicable to existing Uber App users who have previously registered an Uber account and have received the promotional email directly from Uber (“Eligible User”).
This Offer is valid for 14 days from the date on which the promotional email is sent by Uber (the “Promotion Period”).
To participate in this promotion and redeem the Offer, Eligible User must follow the instructions provided in the promotional email by choosing their preferred regular route or entering the relevant promo code associated with that route.
The promo code must be successfully added to the user’s Uber wallet before booking the trip.
This Offer is not applicable to Pair & Pay trips, “Intercity” trips between Hong Kong and Macau, or trips settled with cash payment.

Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the Offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. Eligible Users can decide whether to redeem an offer on the app. The actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion and shown on your email receipt.
The Offer is only valid when both the start and finish times of the Uber trip are within the Promotion Period and the start and finish locations are in Hong Kong.
The Offer is subject to availability, and the quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Offer is not transferable nor refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has multiple promo codes in their account and these are all applicable to the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied.
Each user may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts or otherwise violating Uber General Terms of Use or the Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend or terminate the user’s account and/or that user may lose eligibility for redeeming the Offer or any other offers.

Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Offer, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
Any questions relate to the trip should be reported via the “Help” section within the Uber App.
If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
