Terms & Conditions

The Promo Code is valid from now until 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promo Code must have been successfully added to the user’s Uber wallet before reserving the “Intercity” trip.
During the Promotion Period, redemption of the designated code (the “Promo Code”) in the Uber app will entitle the user to enjoy the following ride offers of (i) up to a maximum of HK$3,500 off one Uber “Intercity” trip originating from Hong Kong to Macau and (ii) up to a maximum MOP$3,500 off one Uber “Intercity” trip originating from Macau to Hong Kong. Each user may enjoy the ride offers for a maximum of two (2) Uber “Intercity” trips (one trip in each direction).
For trips starting from Macau to Hong Kong, the fare will be charged in Macau Pataca (MOP) currency (foreign transaction fees from your bank or card issuer may apply). Any fare amount exceeding HK$3,500 per trip (applicable to trips originating from Hong Kong) or MOP$3,500 (applicable to trips originating from Macau) per trip shall be paid by the user. Any remaining balance of the Promo Code value will be immediately forfeited, and cannot be carried over or applied to another trip.
The Promo Code is only applicable to the “Intercity” trips booked via the Uber app, which must either start in Hong Kong and end in Macau, or start in Macau and end in Hong Kong; both the start and end times of the trips must be within the Promotion Period.
The Promo Code is subject to availability and the quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Promo Code is not transferable nor refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into their account and these are all applicable to the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied.
Each user may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts or otherwise violating the Uber General Terms of Use and/or the Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend or terminate the user’s account and/or that user may lose eligibility for redeeming the Promo Code or other offers.
Other relevant terms and conditions may apply when the user redeems the Promo Code.
Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported via the “Help” section within the Uber App.
If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

條款及細則

本優惠碼由即日起至2026年6月30日有效（「推廣期」）。
本優惠碼必須於預訂「港澳跨境專車」行程前已成功加入到用户的Uber 銀包。
於推廣期内，Uber App 用戶兌換使用指定的優惠碼（「本優惠碼」)可享以下乘車優惠： (i)一趟由香港出發至澳門的Uber「港澳跨境專車」行程（最多可減港元$3,500）及 (ii) 一趟由澳門出發至香港的Uber 「港澳跨境專車」行程（最多可減澳門元$3,500）。每位用戶最多可享用乘車優惠於兩趟Uber「港澳跨境專車」行程（每個方向各一趟）。
由澳門出發至香港的行程，將以澳門元（MOP）結算（你的銀行或發卡機構可能會收取外幣交易費用。）。每趟行程超出港元$3,500（適用於由香港出發之行程）或澳門元$3,500（適用於由澳門出發之行程）之車資差額須由用戶自行承擔，未用之優惠價值餘額將即時作廢，不能結轉或應用至其他行程。
本優惠碼僅適用於透過Uber App 預訂的「港澳跨境專車」行程，且行程必須為香港出發、澳門結束，或澳門出發、香港結束; 行程的開始及結束時間均須在推廣期內。
本優惠碼名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
本優惠碼不可轉讓、不可退款、不能兌換現金。
每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠碼。如果你的帳戶内有多個適用於行程的優惠碼，系統會優先使用價值最高的有效優惠碼。
每位用戶只能擁有一個Uber App帳戶。若Uber有合理理由懷疑用戶創建了欺詐性或多個帳戶或以其它方式違反了Uber一般使用條款和/或社群指引，Uber有權暫停或停止該用戶帳戶和/或該用戶可能喪失兌換本優惠碼或其他優惠的資格。
用戶於兌換優惠碼時，可能受其他條款及細則約束。
Uber 擁有隨時修改、取消或終止本優惠碼的唯一權利，且無需事先通知用戶。任何有關本優惠碼的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
任何與行程相關的問題，都應透過 Uber App內的「幫助」頁面報告。
若英文與中文版本有任何歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。
