HK$10 咪錶的士行程優惠 HK$10 off Meter Taxi trips

優惠條款及細則：

• 優惠期由即日起至 2025 年 7 月 17 日（「優惠期」）。用户預約的 Uber 咪錶的士行程每趟可獲得 HK$10 減免優惠（“優惠”）。超出之車資金額須由用戶自行負擔，任何優惠餘額於支付行程後即時自動作廢。優惠數額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
• 優惠只適用於「咪錶的士」行程，並不適用於「咪錶的士（要求司機提供 85 折） 」行程。
• 有關咪錶的士行程的附加優惠條款及細則，請參閱幫助中心。
• Uber 平台不代表司機夥伴亦非代理其行事，使用優惠亦不影響透過系統自行接受行程之司機夥伴的總車資收入。實際優惠將在行程完成後折抵並顯示於你的電子郵件。
• 此優惠的優惠碼將自動加入用戶帳戶。優惠碼可能需要一段時間才能顯示在帳戶於「銀包」的「優惠碼」部份。
• 此優惠不可轉讓、不設退款、不可兌換現金。
• 每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
• 優惠只適用於香港境內及在優惠期內開始及結束之 Uber行程。
• 每位用戶只能擁有一個 Uber 帳戶。如果我們有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反我們的一般使用條款及/或社群指引，我們可能會暫停用戶的帳戶及/或使用任何優惠的資格。
• 優惠受其他相關條款及細則約束。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
• 任何與行程相關的問題，都應透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
• 僅Uber 有權隨時修改、取消或終止本優惠，或修改本條款及細則，而毋須作出任何通知。
• 若本條款與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。

Terms and conditions:

• The promotion of HK$10 discount on the final fare of each  Uber Meter Taxi trip (the “Offer”) is only valid from now until 17 July 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Any shortfall of the Uber trip fare shall be paid by the user, and any remaining balance of the Offer will be immediately forfeited after payment. Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
• The Offer is only applicable to Meter Taxi trips and excludes Meter Taxi (Request 15% discount) trips. 
• For additional Terms and Conditions on Meter Taxi promotions, please refer to help centre. 
• Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
• The relevant promo code for this Offer will be automatically applied to your account and it may take some time for it to be shown in the accounts, in the “Promotions” section of the “Wallet”.
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Only one offer can be used for each Uber trip. If you have more than one offer available for use in the App, the valid offer with the highest value will be applied first.
• The Offer is valid only if the Uber trips are taken within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period. 
• A user can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user’s account and/or user’s eligibility to use any offer. 
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this offer. 
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.  
• Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to the user.  
• If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
