依照以下簡單步驟，即可享用此 Uber Taxi 行程優惠：

1. 只需去 http://t.uber.com/openapphk 下載 Uber App 及登記賬戶
2. 打開 App 入面 帳戶 > 錢包 > 優惠碼 > 新增優惠碼 輸入指定優惠碼再按新增, 即可於下次的行程時使用專屬優惠*（注意此為優惠碼，非代用券）
3. 返回主頁，輸入你的目的地，即可預約及享用首程 Uber 行程優惠（最高可減HK$100）！

* 用戶只需在Uber App 中成功添加指定優惠碼，即可享首程的行程優惠。

條款及細則：

• 合資格用戶須於預約行程前在 Uber App 内成功添加指定優惠碼方能使用首趟Uber 行程優惠（折扣優惠可高達 HK$100, 「優惠」）。超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔，不足之差額無法積累使用。 
• 優惠名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。每位合資格用戶最多僅可享受此優惠一次 。
• 優惠碼僅供從 HKTaxi 或 Uber 直接收到此訊息的用戶使用，轉讓、轉發、截屏均無效。
• 優惠有效期由即日起至 2025 年 5 月 31 日（「優惠期」）。
• 優惠僅適用於未曾擁有 Uber 帳戶及首次使用 Uber App 的新用戶，並只限首程 Uber 行程。
• 有關咪錶的士行程的附加優惠條款及細則，請參閱幫助中心。
• Uber 平台不代表司機夥伴亦非代理其行事，使用優惠亦不影響透過系統自行接受行程之司機的總車資收入。你可以在App內自行決定是否使用任何優惠。實際優惠將在行程完成後折抵並顯示於你的電子郵件。
• 優惠不可轉讓、不設退款及不能兌換現金。
• 優惠碼只適用於香港境內及在優惠期內開始及結束之 Uber 行程。
• 每次 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠碼。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
• 每位用戶只能擁有一個 Uber 帳戶。 如果我們有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反我們的一般使用條款及/或社群指引，我們可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦可能會失去使用任何優惠的資格。
• 優惠受其他相關條款及細則約束。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
• 任何與行程相關的問題，可透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
• Uber 有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止優惠而毋須作出任何通知。
• 若本條款及細則與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。

Follow the below simple steps to unlock your ride offer:

1. Simply click http://t.uber.com/openapphk to download Uber app and sign up
2. Open the app, tap Account > Wallet > Promotions > Add Promo Code and input your designated promo code, then tap Add to use the offer on your next trip*  (reminder: this is a promo code, not voucher code).
3. Go back to the main page and enter your destination and enjoy your ride offer for the first trip (capped at HK$100)!

* Users are only required to have successfully added the Promo Code in the Uber App once to enjoy the offer on the first trip.

Terms and Conditions:

• To redeem the offer for the first Uber trip (with a discount up to a maximum of HK$100,  “Offer”), eligible users must have successfully added the designated promo code (“Promo Code”) in the Uber app before requesting the trip. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber app user.  Any shortfall amount will not be deferred. 
• The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer up to a maximum of one (1) time.  
• The Promo Code can only be used by the user who receives this message directly from HKTaxi or Uber, and it is invalid if transferred, forwarded or screenshot. 
• The promotion period is from now until 31 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
• The Offer is applicable to the first Uber trip taken by a new user of the Uber app who has never signed up to any Uber accounts before. 
• For additional Terms and Conditions on Meter Taxi promotions, please refer to help centre. 
• Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Promo Code shall be valid only if the Uber trip is taken within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber app and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
• Users can only have one Uber app account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you may not be eligible to redeem any promotion offer. 
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to any promotion. 
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber app.  
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber app user.  
• If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
