1. 本優惠僅適用於現階段沒有 Uber Eats 帳戶並開設新的 Uber Eats 帳戶之 Uber Eats 新用戶。每個新用戶僅能使用本優惠乙次。
2. 本優惠有效至 2021 年 6 月 30 日止。
3. 本優惠使新用戶得在首筆訂單享有 5 折優惠，惟該筆訂單最高折抵金額為 HK$50 。
4. 本優惠僅適用於用戶所訂購之商品，並不適用於其他適用的費用及收費。

新用戶 HK$0 送餐費優惠之條款與細則

1. 此 HK$0 送餐費優惠適用於目前沒有 Uber Eats 帳戶，並開設新的 Uber Eats 帳戶之任何Uber Eats 新用戶，但前提是:
   • 此 HK$0 送餐費優惠於您登錄並註冊您的 Uber Eats 帳戶起（即此優惠開始後）30個日曆天內之訂單有效；
   •  為了享受此優惠，每筆訂單的購物籃須至少消費滿 HK$60，不包括任何適用的送餐費或服務費；且
   • 此優惠將自動適用於符合條件之用戶之帳戶。有關此優惠是否得與其他Uber Eats推廣活動和優惠結合使用，可能會有其侷限性和限制。更多詳細資訊，請檢查其他適用的條款與條件，及您的Uber Eats App。

Terms and Condition for 50% off first order in relation to the use of the following promo codes: EatsYTM, EatsTsuenWan, EatsKowloonC, EatsSSP, EatsCentralW, EatsKwaiTsing, EatsWTS, UESSP, UETW, UEKLC, UEYTM

1. The promotion is only applicable to new users of Uber Eats who do not currently have an Uber Eats account, and who opens up a new Uber Eats account. Each new user can only use the promotion ONCE only. 
2. The promotion is valid till 30 June 2021.
3. The promotion entitles a new user to enjoy a promotion of 50% off on their first order, up to a maximum value of HK$50 for the order. 
4. This offer applies to the user’s order items only, and does not apply to other applicable fees and charges. 
5. The offer is only available in areas where Uber Eats is available in Hong Kong. 
6. Users must enter the promo code before checkout to enjoy the offer. 
7. First-come-first-served, while stocks last.

9. The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

Terms and Condition for new users in relation to the HK$0 Delivery Offer: 

1. The offer of HK$0 delivery is valid for any new users of Uber Eats who do not currently have an Uber Eats account, and who opens up a new Uber Eats account, provided that:
   
   • the offer of HK$0 delivery shall be valid for orders made within 30 calendar days on and from the date you login and register your Uber Eats account (following the commencement of this offer);
   • in order to enjoy the offer, each order must have a minimum basket size of HK$60 excluding any applicable delivery or service fees; and
   • the offer will be automatically applied to the eligible user’s account. There may be limitations and restrictions as to whether this offer can be combined with other promotions and offers on Uber Eats. 2. Uber Eats reserves the right to require proof of eligibility in any such form as Uber Eats reasonably considers necessary.
