10% back on eligible rides: Enjoy 10% rewards in Uber One credits after completion of each eligible ride. The Uber One credits earned on each eligible ride are calculated based on the trip fare, less any promotions (but excluding Uber Cash) and Uber One credits applied, view Uber App or website-FAQ for more information. Uber One credits will expire 60 days after being added to your wallet. Uber One credits will automatically be deducted from the trip fare before the application of any ride promotions. Uber One credits can be used on your Uber App to pay for your Uber trip fare. $1 Uber One credit can be used for HK$1 in spending. Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods. Uber One credits are subject to the Uber Cash Terms of Use.
Top-rated drivers: Top-rated drivers are rated based on the rating mechanism on the Uber platform and may not be available for every ride due to traffic and other circumstances, hence we cannot guarantee that you will be paired with a top-rated driver on every trip.
Exclusive offers: Offers are occasional, subject to availability, and may vary between members.
Taxes and similar fees, as applicable, do not apply towards Uber One credits. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

At the end of your free trial period, your Uber One will automatically renew and you will be charged monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the expiry of the trial period. Avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle by canceling in app 48 hours before your billing date or contacting support if cancelling within 48 hours before your billing date.
