Terms and Conditions for the “Welcome Pack” promotion:

• The promotion period is from 15 August 2025 until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). 
• A new user who has never signed up to any Uber account before may participate in this promotion (“Eligible Participant”), to redeem the following offer during the Promotion Period by having successfully added the corresponding promo code to the “Wallet” section of their Uber account:
  1. promo code “SKIPAD” to get 30% off 5 Uber trips (capped at HK$50 each trip), with a total value of up to $200 (10,000 quotas).
  2. Each Eligible Participant can redeem the offer above once. The offer will remain valid for 45 days upon the users having successfully added the corresponding promo code to their Uber account.
• The Eligible Participant who has successfully added the promo code of the offer referred to in paragraph 2 above to his/her Uber account will receive an extra ride offer to enjoy a maximum discount of HK$100 on his/her first Uber trip (the “New User’s Offer”).  The promo code of the New User’s Offer will be automatically applied to the eligible New User’s Uber account, and such New User can enjoy the New User’s Offer only once. 
• The offer referred to in paragraph 2 above and the New User’s Offer are collectively referred to as the “Offers”, which are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber app user.  Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
• The Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• The Offers shall be valid only within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
• Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber app and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. 
• Users can only have one Uber app account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you will therefore not be eligible for any promotion. 
• Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer and the Promo Code. 
• Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.  
• Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber app user.  
• If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
