Follow the 3 simple steps to unlock your promo!

2. Tap Account > Wallet > Promotions > Add Promo Code, and enter your code “KEEPDOING”
3. Go back to the main page and enter your destination(s) to request your Uber trip!

Terms and Conditions for the promotion:

1. During the Promotion Period, an existing Uber app user who has successfully added the promo code “KEEPDOING” (“Promo Code”) to the “Wallet” section of their Uber account before booking the relevant trip may redeem the following offers (collectively, the “Offers”): 

• 15% off one (1) Uber trip, capped at HK$40, valid for UberX, UberXL and Taxi trips;
• 20% off one (1) Uber airport trip, capped at HK$40, valid for UberX, UberXL and Taxi trips; and
• 20% off one (1) Uber trip, capped at HK$20, valid for UberX, UberXL and Taxi trips commencing from Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 10:00am Hong Kong time.

2. The promotion period is from 1 September 2026 until 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The maximum total discount value available across all three Offers is HK$100. Each Offer may be used once only. The actual discount received will depend on the fare and whether the relevant trip satisfies the applicable Offer requirements. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the user. Any unused discount amount will not be accumulated, carried forward or deferred.
4. The Offers are subject to availability and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Offers are not applicable to Meter Taxi trips and trips paid for in cash.
5. The Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
6. The Offers shall be valid only for trips where both pickup and drop-off locations are in Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
7. Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into your account and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. 
8. Each user may have only one Uber account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user will not be eligible to receive or use the Offers or any other promotional offers. 
9. Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to the Offers and the Promo Code. 
10. Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.  
11. Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offers and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber app user.  
12. If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
