Per airport regulations, driver-partners must adhere to the terms below. Failure to do so may result in the receipt of a citation or even restriction of access to airport trips. Please note that Uber will not pay for any citations that driver-partners may incur.
- When on airport property, the Uber driver app must be open at all times (driver-partners must not go Offline until exiting the airport area).
- We’ve instituted a special first vehicle in is the first one out (FIFO) system at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). The FIFO system only works within the designated, geofenced area and driver-partners waiting elsewhere will not receive trip requests through the Uber driver app unless there are no drivers in the geofenced queue.
- The Uber sticker (trade dress) must always be displayed on the front passenger windshield facing outward.
- All pickups must occur on the arrivals level.
Pro tips
- Driver cancellations: Trip cancellations can take away from the great Uber experience that both riders and driver-partners expect. Please remember that driver-partners who improperly use the app and intentionally disrupt the service, including excessively canceling rides or asking riders to cancel rides, may lose the ability to receive trip requests to and from the airport through the Uber Driver app.
- Ground transportation and airport security staff: Airport rules are as important as traffic rules. Airports expect driver-partners to follow the instructions of the airport staff.
- Accessing your waybill: You may be asked to show your waybill. To access it, tap the “info” button that appears in your app.

等待派单
优步采用先进先出 (FIFO) 的队列机制。这意味着，若要接收行程派单，您需要进入“FIFO 区域”内的指定等候区。系统会将您加入至虚拟队列，其中最先加入的合作车主将最早收到行程派单。
根据与机场的运营协议，等候区位于 Rodgers Blvd 附近。
有关 FIFO 队列的一些注意事项：
- 在 FIFO 区域内更靠近航站楼的合作车主不会享有任何优势，系统也不会将其排到队列最前面。
- 如果 FIFO 区域内没有合作车主等候派单，则系统将基于靠近距离和其他因素派单给该地区内（FIFO 区域以外）的优步合作车主。
- 如果出现以下情况，您可能会失去在队列中的位置：
- 在优步车主端中下线
- 您驶出了 FIFO 区域
- 连续多次未接受行程派单
- 您取消了多次行程（如果乘客取消行程，您仍会排在队列最前面）
接载乘客
接受行程派单后，机场内的上车地点位于以下地点：
1 号航站楼：
- 新的交通网络公司上车地点位于 1 号航站楼的北端（见下图）。
2 号和 3 号航站楼：
- 新的交通网络公司上车地点位于 19 号和 20 号行李领取处的中间位置，以及 31 号行李领取处对面的中间位置（见下图）。

机场送机行程的运作方式
根据与机场的运营协议，乘客可以在其指定的航站楼出发层下车。如果您想在乘客下车后继续接收行程派单，则需要一直打开优步车主端，以保留您在 FIFO 队列中的位置。
重新匹配功能
我们还在该机场推出了重新匹配功能。要符合重新匹配的条件，合作车主必须首先在机场完成一次送客行程。随后，重新匹配功能可让刚完成机场行程的车主在短时间内收到新的叫车请求，无需返回等候区即可继续接单。完成送机行程后，如果您愿意，可以前往任何临时停车场，加入 FIFO 队列以等候机场行程派单。在驾车前往等候区时，您可能会收到重新匹配请求。根据 机场规定，车辆不得在航站楼内徘徊。在路边怠速行驶可能导致您收到机场有关部门的罚单。
