About the Role

As part of the Grocery & Retail EMEA Central Operations team, you will own consumer-facing operations across 10+ EMEA markets, delivering a seamless and delightful consumer experience at scale. What You Will Do

  • Craft Localized Market Strategies: Design and execute market plans that reflect local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, user behaviors, and cultural insights.

  • Go-to-Market Merchant Launches: Drive awareness and adoption of new merchant partnerships by planning and executing strategic go-to-market campaigns.

What You Will Need

Strong operational capabilities: drive structured execution, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-scaling, cross-functional environments.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, plan and prioritize work streams across multiple projects, and complete tasks with close attention to detail.

  • Analytical Mindset: Experience working with complex datasets using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) to derive insights, validate real-world observations, and synthesize recommendations.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous problems by applying structure and using data-driven insights to solve them.

Bonus Points
