About the Role Uber Eats is looking for a driven, ambitious Account Manager to join our high-impact SMB team, specifically focused on the Czech market. This isn’t a standard account management role where you follow a set script; it’s about navigating a fast-growing, high-stakes platform where the pace is intense and the problems are real.

You’ll be at the heart of our mission to move the real world, responsible for a portfolio of Enterprise restaurant partners. What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth and Adoption: Navigate your portfolio of Enterprise accounts to increase product adoption and uncover new revenue opportunities, ensuring Uber Eats remains their platform of choice.

  • Master the Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end partner experience, from prospecting new contacts within existing organizations to retaining and scaling high-value business.

  • Solve the Messy Problems: Identify risks to partnerships early and work diligently to unblock operational friction, managing high-pressure situations with a focus on 100% account retention.

  • Build Strategic Trust: Earn trust fast with key stakeholders, moving beyond transactional interactions to build long-term, strategic partnerships that survive a changing competitive landscape.

  • Influence the Roadmap: Act as the voice of the Czech market by collecting and synthesizing partner feedback into actionable insights that shape our global product and business strategy.

  • Collaborate and Navigate: Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to resolve blockers and deliver scalable solutions for your partners.

  • Hustle and Execute: Manage your pipeline with discipline and grit, knowing that while some wins come fast, others require months of persistence and creative problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or business-level fluency in Czech and English is mandatory.

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management.

  • Influence Skills: Proven ability to frame a value proposition, navigate objections, and gain commitment from stakeholders.

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Resilience and Grit: A "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality with a track record of hitting ambitious revenue and retention targets in high-growth environments.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using data to drive commercial judgment and prioritize tasks based on quantified business impact.

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

  • Tech Stack: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines and partner health.
