Senior Sales Operations Associate, Uber for Business, EMEA
About the Role
This an exciting opportunity for an expert, analytical sales operations professional who is passionate about building and scaling our Sales Operations business unit as we grow Uber for Business in Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. This role will focus on driving business insights and operational excellence to increase revenue, sales productivity, and efficiency. You will be responsible for crafting sales reps’ territory and identifying key opportunities to optimize our operations, analytics, reporting, CRM, and SMB self-service funnel.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Head of EMEA Sales Operations, as well as with Global Sales Ops, Strategy & Planning, Marketing & Product teams on strategic and operational projects to drive revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights and identify key opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Gross Bookings generated by our Sales teams and SMB clients who sign-up through our self-service system, identifying and leading initiatives to improve the onboarding process
- In partnership with central Sales Ops, define metrics of Success, establish targets, and diagnose systems needs and sales enablement requirements to make sales teams more successful
- Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders to review performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and establish efficient sales cadence
- Own forecasting and planning processes to ensure the achievement of revenue and key operating metrics in the EMEA SMB segment
- Own end-to-end inside sales funnel metrics and define the book of business, routing scoring, qualification, routing processes, and provide tools for new sales reps
- Maintain and develop sales dashboards with meaningful operational metrics to supervise sales activities
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of confirmed experience in B2B Sales Strategy & Sales Operations roles in Tech or SaaS, or with a successful track record in investment banking or strategy consulting.
- Experience in working with large sets of unstructured data and synthesizing it into business insights – high proficiency needed in using SQL and Excel or G Sheet.
