Program Manager
About the Role
We are building new capabilities to strengthen our existing product features and elevate the customer experience by addressing key user pain points through granular insights into user behavior and engagement on our platform. Our initiatives focus on improving CSAT and LTV while reducing customer-facing defects. In addition, we are leveraging insights from support conversations to drive better product adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. We are looking to optimize our spend and build scalable solutions for driving the initiatives.
What the Candidate Will Do
As a finance PgM, you will be responsible for maintaining all the key budget oriented details across various programs within the organization. This includes monthly planning, accrual reporting, proactively identifying and calling out areas of interest and driving conversations with cross functional teams on budget utilizations. Additionally, you will also be responsible for building the annual budget plan for the organization in collaboration with core strategic finance stakeholders.
What the Candidate Will Need
- 3+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is mandatory
- Exceptional Analytical, problem-solving, Excel and data management skills; SQL Proficiency
- Strong Python skills, experience in data extraction & wrangling (numpy, pandas, plotly)
- Experience working with Google App Script and other GSuite products (Looker Studio, Google Collab, Google Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Understanding of FP&A (financial planning and analysis)
- Ability to self-serve, investigate, get the required data and expertise in data visualization/presentation (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Create automated reporting solutions for real-time data analysis and monitoring
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Highly Motivated, Self Driven and Strong Analytical skills
