As part of our EMEA & APAC Marketing team, we have a powerhouse of regional marketing experts, each bringing deep market insights and a passion for growth. Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, self-driven Regional Marketing Manager to help us expand our footprint in Australia, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong—fueling growth in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

In this role, you’ll own Marketing’s contribution to revenue growth, working hand-in-hand with Sales teams to drive penetration into key markets. You’ll craft and execute high-impact, full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate top-quality leads, spark engagement, and build brand love among our B2B customers. You’ll be the go-to marketing expert for APAC—developing strategic initiatives, diving deep into customer insights, and turning data into action.

Reporting to the Head of APAC Marketing, you’ll be in the driver’s seat—planning, executing, and influencing marketing strategies that take our brand and business to new heights.

The Impact You'll Have

  • Drive Marketing Performance: Own marketing impact in the APAC region, leveraging owned, paid, and earned media to deliver high-quality leads to our Sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales: Work closely with regional Sales leaders, aligning on business priorities and building targeted marketing strategies that support revenue goals.
  • Create Winning Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and adoption of Uber for Business solutions.
  • Be a Storyteller: Build compelling, regionally relevant content that speaks directly to our decision-makers, influencers, and end-users.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Stay ahead of market trends, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into bold, effective marketing strategies.
  • Champion the Brand: Be an evangelist for Uber for Business, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging across all regional marketing efforts.
  • Own Your Impact: Take full ownership of projects, driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation and execution go hand in hand.

The Experience You'll Bring

  • Min 7+ years B2C and/or B2B existing customer Marketing experience
  • Proven record of delivering effective campaigns into high valued existing customer bases.
  • Strong Marketing channel knowledge including, but not limited to email, LinkedIn, webinars, content etc
  • Structured problem solver with project management skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and other languages an advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with the Australian business landscape
  • Localisation and project management experience
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing systems including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or other CMS, basic HTML skills, project tracking software (Asana/ Trello/Monday.com/Google Drive suite) are a plus.
  • SQL and high level data analysis experience an advantage
  • Industry, travel or delivery experience a plus
