Account Coordinator Groceries
About the Role
This role partners closely with the Account Manager to support catalog management, billing operations, merchandising execution, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will help ensure operational accuracy, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for both merchants and customers. Through collaboration, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach, this role plays a key part in supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Catalog Management
Review and curate product creation requests, maintaining an organized backlog and optimizing active SKU performance across merchant accounts.
Monitor catalog quality and ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Merchandising & Campaign Execution
Upload promotional offers and create ad hoc collections aligned with seasonal opportunities and Growth calendar initiatives, including email and newsletter campaigns.
Support merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability and customer engagement.
Finance & Billing Operations
Reconcile sales data with merchant records and support billing processes.
Monitor invoice issuance and payment follow-up activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Partner with the Account Manager to validate business metrics and financial information.
Expansion & Onboarding
Configure and launch new stores on the platform.
Conduct post-launch audits to ensure visibility, promotional setup, and payment processes are functioning as expected.
Business Performance & Analytics
Monitor key business KPIs and Perfect Store metrics on a regular basis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend data-informed actions to improve performance.
Develop reports and analyses that support decision-making and business reviews.
Business Reviews & Client Support
Prepare data, visualizations, and presentations for client meetings and business reviews.
Support or facilitate review sessions when needed, ensuring stakeholders have clear and actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Projects
Lead or contribute to team initiatives and operational projects, with opportunities to take ownership of rotating focus areas within the Grocery business.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to support successful project execution.
Communication & Knowledge Sharing
Foster proactive and transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Document best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements to support continuous learning and operational consistency.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
Between 1–2 years of experience in sales analysis, data operations, commercial analytics, or e-commerce and retail operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Intermediate/Advance in SQL for data analysis and business insights. SQL experience is a MUST for the role.
- Comfortable working with data to monitor performance and support business growth.
Experience translating business challenges into actionable solutions.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing, Operations, and external partners.
Intermediate English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce.
Highly proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Interest in reporting, business analytics, and process improvement.
Experience collaborating with remote or international teams.
Commercial experience supporting the execution of business strategies and initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience in consumer goods, retail, marketplace, e-commerce, or technology environments is a plus.
