Retail Account Coordinator

In this role, you will help strengthen merchant partnerships, support operational excellence, and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for generating insights through data analysis while also supporting day-to-day commercial and operational activities that help optimize merchant performance and drive sustainable growth.
The role offers a dynamic environment where priorities may shift based on business needs. Some days may involve deep ownership of operational processes and strategic analysis, while others may focus on execution and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving business.
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers in financial, operational, and planning processes.
- Build and maintain reports that track business performance across multiple data sources.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements or scalable solutions.
- Escalate and help resolve complex operational issues related to data sources, store performance, or app visibility.
- Support financial processes, including invoicing and overdue portfolio management.
- Execute commercial strategies for multiple merchant partners through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Catalog and Operations, to improve the customer experience and drive operational excellence.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, pain points, and performance trends.
- Help identify and support new commercial growth opportunities.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 or 2 years of professional experience in commercial, consulting, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support execution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams, including external merchant contacts and key decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of products, projects, and business initiatives.
- Experience supporting the execution of commercial strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple merchant relationships while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage workflows and daily activities.
