Uber Advertising’s vision is to create the most marketplace-centric advertising platform, connecting advertisers with Uber’s unique ecosystem of eaters, riders, and earners. By bringing together Mobility and Delivery channels, Uber Advertising enables brands to engage consumers throughout the entire marketing journey—from awareness and consideration to purchase, loyalty, and advocacy.

As an Ads Client Partner, you’ll be one of the key members helping grow Uber Advertising in Mexico. You’ll be responsible for building strategic advertising partnerships with some of the country’s largest brands, leading sales strategy across a portfolio of enterprise clients, and driving adoption of Uber’s expanding suite of advertising solutions.

Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help partners achieve their marketing objectives while contributing to the growth and evolution of the Uber Advertising business.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that support partner marketing objectives and drive business growth
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase investment and expand product adoption
  • Build strong relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
  • Navigate complex partner conversations through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Account Management teams to deliver successful outcomes for partners
  • Drive adoption of advertising solutions across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery platforms
  • Clearly articulate the value of new advertising products and position Uber’s offerings in a differentiated and compelling way
  • Develop scalable sales narratives, presentations, and pitches that support partner growth and broader team success
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights that help inform future product development and roadmap decisions
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting teammates and helping build a growing business

What you'll need

  • Experience in enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and building relationships with large, complex organizations
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and Uber
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence
  • A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset

  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to use data and insights to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives

  • Excellent listening, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working in digital advertising, AdTech, media, or related industries
