As a Data Governance and Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling high-performance commercial teams by driving data integrity, systems optimization, and operational governance. • Problem Solving: Independently solve operational problems related to territory management, quota setting, or system errors with general supervision.

What you'll need

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on data management or systems governance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • CRM: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is essential.
  • Data Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets.

  • Analytical Capability & Data Fluency: You analyze data for insights, applying appropriate methods and tools, and communicate findings clearly with limited guidance. You demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Operational Excellence: You execute planning and operations processes accurately and support modeling efforts. You are detail-oriented and focused on process improvement.
  • Innovation & Problem Solving: You solve moderately complex issues using structured thinking. You can identify surface-level data issues and use logic to address them.
