About the role

The LATAM Sales Training & Enablement team is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to support Acquisition and Expansion sales teams across Latin America.

In this role, you’ll help design, deliver, and scale impactful training programs that strengthen commercial, product, and systems knowledge across sales and account management teams. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, develop enablement solutions, and ensure teams have the skills and resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do

  • Manage the implementation of key sales enablement programs across LATAM markets, including onboarding, product training, systems training, sales skills development, partner management, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Commercial Operations, HR, Product, and other teams to assess learning needs and align on enablement priorities
  • Design, deliver, and maintain training materials and documentation that support the adoption of sales tools, products, processes, and best practices
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with regional and global teams
  • Create and update learning content independently and in partnership with instructional design teams
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure learners have access to accurate and relevant information
  • Take a learner-first approach by building programs that drive performance while maximizing engagement and efficiency
  • Define success metrics and measure the impact of training programs on business and team outcomes
  • Support ad hoc enablement requests and prioritize activities based on business needs
  • Build relationships across the organization to identify, share, and scale best practices across teams and markets

What you'll need

  • Experience in sales, account management, sales enablement, learning and development, or related commercial functions
  • Experience delivering training programs, workshops, or learning initiatives in professional environments
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, balancing attention to detail with execution speed and business impact
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for helping others learn and grow

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others
  • Experience creating training content for both instructor-led and e-learning environments
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly in fast-changing environments
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, conversation intelligence platforms, revenue enablement tools, or AI-powered productivity tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience working in global technology organizations or highly matrixed environments
