About the Role

Uber is transforming how people access what they need, when they need it—from local meals and groceries to everyday essentials and special occasions. The possibilities are constantly expanding. At Uber, we create opportunities not only for customers, but also for merchants looking to grow their businesses and delivery partners seeking flexible earning opportunities.

As part of the Quality team, you will help ensure that customers and delivery partners have a seamless experience on our platform. In this role, you will focus on improving processes across our Delivery Marketplace in Latin America. Your work will directly contribute to marketplace reliability, delivery timeliness, and overall delivery quality.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, and Customer Support—to identify root causes of delivery challenges and develop scalable solutions. Using data and insights, you will build and present business cases that drive alignment and informed decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems and improving experiences at scale. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and implement process improvements and product enhancements that improve delivery quality and the overall platform experience. Develop solutions that help delivery partners meet and exceed customer expectations across Restaurant, Grocery, and Retail deliveries.
  • Support delivery partner engagement and growth on the platform by managing loyalty programs and benefits initiatives. Lead product rollouts, ensuring successful implementation and measurable operational impact.
  • Scope and execute multiple projects focused on improving platform reliability. Own projects from design through launch, including defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, measuring impact, and supporting technical implementation. Maintain accountability for project outcomes and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with local and global partners across Operations, Product, Customer Support, Policy, and Legal to design, test, and implement initiatives that improve marketplace performance.
  • Apply a structured, data-driven approach to solving large-scale challenges. Analyze datasets to identify root causes of delivery issues, develop business cases that support key decisions, define performance metrics, build dashboards, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership teams. What You'll Need
