About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the food delivery category and the growth of Uber Eats in Mexico.

As a Consumer Growth Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive eater acquisition, retention, and engagement within a specific region. You’ll partner closely with local Territory teams and cross-functional Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, operational execution, and collaboration. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your contributions will have a visible and meaningful impact.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve eater acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and manage a roadmap of growth opportunities aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Analyze data and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Scale new and existing processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage promotional budgets to support growth and engagement goals effectively.
  • Partner with Product teams to identify opportunities that enhance the Uber Eats experience and ensure local market relevance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Communications, Legal, and Operations to support long-term growth initiatives.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Use SQL and Excel to extract insights, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience solving analytical problems in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, technology, or high-growth startups.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively with data and ambiguity.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and communicate actionable insights across diverse teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in growth strategy, marketplace operations, or consumer-focused businesses.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading operational improvement or process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong business judgment with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
