Strategic Initiatives Manager - Mobility Mexico

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our Rider and Portfolio team as the Strategic Initiatives Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for steering premium product performance and growth by developing forward-thinking strategies, driving financial forecasting, and coordinating cross-functional projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Vision & Planning: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and implement short- and long-term strategies for premium products.

  • Financial Forecasting & Analysis: Drive monthly forecasting processes and hold stakeholders accountable for performance outcomes while providing insightful financial analysis.

  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a project leader for premium product initiatives, effectively coordinating efforts and communicating across departments.

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Use robust data analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions that boost product performance.

  • Operational Excellence: Execute and continuously refine initiatives to enhance campaign efficiency and overall business impact.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in startups, strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or related fields

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with comprehensive data analytics

  • Strong financial acumen and an ability to measure return on investments

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills

  • A proactive mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
