What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

  1. Lead courier quality efforts to improve eater experiences. This will include evaluating tradeoffs and aligning program and product prioritization. Own end-to-end execution of product and program rollouts.
  2. Analyze and run deep dives on courier delivery quality and marketplace metrics to identify opportunities for new programs and program improvements.
  3. Orchestrate and bring together the work of a wide range of cross-functional team members, including regional and global program and product teams, to optimize Taiwan courier programs.
