Partner Coordinator, Grocery and Retail

About the Role

The Grocery & Retail team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team covering some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Coordinator, you will work efficiently and effectively with our Grocery & Retail partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. Partner Coordinators work closely with merchant partners, the merchant support team, product, sales, marketing and operations teams to manage and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

What You'll Do

  1. Work alongside our enterprise partner managers to execute against joint business priorities
  2. Assist with onboarding stores, catalog management, and new partner initiatives to drive profitable growth with Grocery & Retail brands
  3. Handle routine communications with timely follow-ups
  4. Manage day-to-day tasks like reporting, invoicing, merchandising efforts, etc.
  5. Use internal systems to analyze data for system improvements
  6. Help build client facing resources and material and streamline best practices
  7. Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product

Basic Qualifications

  1. 1-2 years of professional experience in a client facing role working with enterprise or mid-market sized accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them.
  2. An intuition for people. You are spending the majority of the time working with various internal and external teams, building and cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners within all parts of an organization.
  3. You are a self-starter and collaborative. Everywhere you go, you cannot help but flex and stretch your analytical powers, pitching in as needed.
  4. Experience with Google Docs, SQL and Salesforce

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$31.98 per hour - USD$33.78 per hour.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$35.58 per hour - USD$37.50 per hour.
