Sr Operations & Strategy Associate, Pricing & Incentives
About the Role
As a member of the Investments team, you will play a critical role in shaping marketplace growth through strategic capital allocation, incentive governance, and investment performance management across Argentina.
You will own and optimize investment decisions across cities and products, balancing topline growth, competitive dynamics, and efficiency targets. The role involves leading and supporting strategic investment initiatives and budget asks, evaluating business opportunities, sizing impact, building recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure resources are allocated toward the highest-priority opportunities. This includes reacting quickly to marketplace dynamics, competitive movements, and evolving business priorities while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and scalability.
You will also design incentive strategies, manage allocation frameworks, track P&L performance and BvAs, and continuously improve the efficiency of incentives and other investment levers.
This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives solving complex marketplace problems and is motivated by influencing strategic business outcomes at scale.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Strategic Ownership: Proactively identify business needs and issues. Prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives
- Business Sense: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business
- Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
- Process Optimization: Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes, regularly reviewing performance
- Product Improvement: Propose features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measuring their impact and prioritizing them, in order to advocate for their development. Collaborate with Product teams around the world to execute new launches
- Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal
Basic Qualifications

- Years of Experience/Industries: 5+ years of professional experience
- Data-Driven Mentality: Guide teams through strategic decision making based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
- Communication:[Portuguese or Spanish] and English proficiency. Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork: Promote a team environment where individuals can communicate and contribute freely and express themselves. Actively seek out diverse opinions and feedback
- Executional Excellence: Ability to optimally manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams and deliver results in a fast and ambiguous changing environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards. Communicate change in a way that addresses concerns and clarifies impact on the team and the individual
- Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Cross Functional teams.
- Background with P&L responsibilities
- Experience in Operations, Consulting or related.
- Data analysis tools: SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
