Supply Manager (B2B ETS)
About the Role
We are on a mission to build the largest employee transportation business in India, and globally. We are looking for candidates who can lead this cause from the front, and create ground-breaking impact for us and for our clients. This candidate will be responsible for our end-end strategy & execution on Fleets, centred around new client launches and new client acquisitions. This role will cut across geographies and clients, and the candidate will be able to influence our growth trajectory across the country.
What the Candidate Will Do
A. New Client Launches:
- Define the ideal fleet strategy for a new client launch including but not limited to sourcing the right fleets, pricing and payment plans.
- Execute the launch plan with the fleets, and ensure operational stability at launch by setting the right process with the fleets and achieve the operational SLA.
B. New Client Acquisitions:
- Liaise with the cross-functional teams and lead the efforts from the business team in defining the optimal pricing and launch plan for new client acquisitions.
- Be an active part of RFPs or other allied prospective client engagements.
What the Candidate Will Need
- 5+ years of proven experience in the mobility/logistics industry, operations, employee shift transportation. Strong business and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
- Should be able to manage large fleets and hold strong relationship with large fleets in the industry, understand fleet operations and model of business. Ability to build and maintain financial models concerning fleets.
- Understand all nuances of running employee shift-level transportation for large corporates. Able to clearly communicate and manage leadership stakeholders internally and externally.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Workspace. Must be comfortable with using internal and external technology platforms.
