Account Manager, Uber Eats (Bilingual: French/English)

Account Management, Sales & Account Management
in Montreal, Canada

About the Role

Despite being a global platform, Uber Eats’ success is built entirely on a local level. Our Account Managers are the face of Uber to our restaurant partners, driving the growth of specific neighborhoods and cities across Quebec.

As an L3 Account Manager, you will step up to own and manage a portfolio of local restaurant partners. This isn't a transactional or passive account management role—it is a fast-paced, high-ownership sales and consultative partnership position. You will be responsible for building trust quickly, analyzing delivery performance metrics, and actively selling Uber Eats’ growth levers (such as ads, targeted promotions, and localized pricing strategies) to help your partners expand their businesses.

The reality of the work is exciting but highly dynamic. You will step into a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where market conditions shift rapidly, and priorities can change day-to-day. You will handle tough objection conversations with restaurateurs who are protecting their margins, and you’ll need to balance empathy with commercial determination. If you are a resilient self-starter who loves solving practical, real-world problems on the fly, thrives in conversational ambiguity, and wants to have a tangible impact on the local Quebec culinary scene, you will thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and Grow: Manage a designated portfolio of restaurant partners across Quebec, taking clear commercial accountability for their retention, volume, and revenue growth.

  • Consult and Sell: Analyze operational data and delivery performance to pitch and sell Uber Eats’ growth levers—including ads, specialized promotions, and platform tools—helping partners scale their digital storefronts.

  • Navigate Tough Conversations: Build immediate trust and handle objections confidently, executing everyday negotiations and overcoming pushbacks regarding pricing, platform fees, or operations.

  • Execute Daily Operations: Keep your pipeline organized with disciplined focus, balancing immediate partner support issues with proactive outreach and long-term business planning.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve partner bottlenecks, unpack local market trends, and streamline the merchant experience.

  • Adapt at Pace: Master evolving platform tools and changing local market dynamics quickly, applying fresh insights directly to your portfolio without needing a strict playbook.

Basic Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently present and negotiate in business contexts across Quebec.

  • Experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a fast-paced client-facing environment.

  • Proficient analytical skills: Comfortable working with core data datasets, interpreting sales metrics, and explaining insights clearly to customers.

  • Prior experience managing a pipeline of accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting performance goals or targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, retail sales, or high-growth startups.

  • Genuine passion for the restaurant, hospitality, or food-tech industry in Quebec.

  • Proven customer-centricity with a track record of turning customer feedback or service friction into win-win solutions.

  • High adaptability and resilience when handling ambiguity or changing priorities.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$61,500 per year - CAD$68,500 per year.
