Additional Terms
- Geography and Availability: The Promotion applies to eligible rides taken in the United Kingdom.
- Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void the Promotion if fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or cancelled, the Promotion will be automatically terminated.
- Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting updated terms. The Offer Period may be extended, shortened or amended by Uber. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
- Costs and expenses. You will be responsible for all costs and expenses (including any taxes or fees) associated with receiving any reward.
- Governing Law Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of these Terms).
