Uber One for Students

Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber Eats.

There are monthly memberships available for €5.99 and annual memberships at €59.99.

Uber One members receive a €0 Delivery Fee plus up and up to 50% off service fees on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.

Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. €12 minimum order to receive €0 Delivery Fee and up to 50% off service fees from participating stores.

Fees and promotions, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums.

You can cancel your membership in the app up to 24 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

To cancel your membership in the Uber Eats app:

Tap the profile icon.

Tap “Uber One.”

Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”

Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.

If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.

If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

In the Uber Eats app:

Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.

Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

Get help with a specific order promotion

Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.

Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.
