Follow these standards to minimize onboarding delays and maintain a compliant fleet.

Internal: Driving License

1. Driving License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Name Mismatch	The name on the document does not match the driver or fleet profile.	Ensure the driver's name or company name matches the dashboard profile exactly.
Not a Photo of the Original Document	A screenshot, photocopy, printout, or image of another screen was uploaded.	Upload a clear photo of the original physical driving license.
Minimum Driving History Not Met	The driver does not meet the minimum driving experience requirements.	Provide supporting evidence of previous driving history or wait until the minimum requirement is met.

2. Private Hire Driving License
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Need Supporting Documents	Additional documentation is required to validate the submission.	Upload all required supporting documents together with the license.
Name Mismatch	The name on the document does not match the driver or fleet profile.	Ensure the profile information matches the official document exactly.
Wrong Document Type	The document was uploaded into the wrong document slot.	Re-upload the document in the correct section of the dashboard.

3. Trade Register Extract
Rejection Reason	What it means	How to fix it
Unaccepted Document Type	The uploaded document is not the required trade register extract.	Upload the official trade register extract issued by the relevant authority.
Name Mismatch	The company or individual name does not match the profile information.	Ensure the profile information matches the official document exactly.
Missing Pages	Required pages or sections of the document are missing.	Upload all pages and required attachments together.
