How to add or change driver-partners
Due to legal reasons, Uber cannot restrict or otherwise dictate the movement of drivers from one partner to another. We have streamlined the way in which this happens. Please note, this can only be done through the Driver app.
How to make a switch?
- Click on the link http://t.uber.com/change
- Select “Change Partner”
- Fill in the Partner email address (please note that the email address is case-sensitive)
- Fill in the Partner phone-number
*Note: The above process can only be used to move from one partner to another. If you would like to become your own partner or move to the list of driver-partners looking for partners please use the current form at: http://t.uber.com/changessa

Steps to follow
Discuss the change
Before requesting to change partners or driver-partners, make sure to discuss this with your current partner to avoid confusion.
Request the change
After submitting, a notification will be sent to both the new and old partner informing them of the change requested by the driver-partner.
If the change is unsuccessful, the partner information provided is most likely wrong. Kindly confirm the partners’ details and try again.
The change will automatically be actioned. The driver and his / her partner will be notified of the change.
Driver partner feedback from fleet partners
To receive feedback regarding a driver from a previous partner, you can make use of "FleetREFER". Here you can receive feedback on a driver you would like to employ or provide feedback on a driver who was previously employed by you.
