- To redeem the offer, you must have a smartphone with GPS capability, have downloaded the Uber app or signed-up at https://get.uber.com/sign-up/, registered and have an active internet connection. Uber user Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.
- This offer entitles you to a discount of fifty (50) percent (a “Discount”) on each of three (3) rides (each a “Ride”) for rides that start within the Promotion Area during the Promotion Period. The total value of the Discount shall be no more than R100 across the (3) three rides and the maximum value of the discount per ride is R33.33
- The promotion is automatically applied to all eligible riders who start their trip within the promotion area, to take up to a maximum of three (3) rides during the Promotion Period.
- Neither the Promotional Code nor the Discount can be transferred, duplicated or sold and they have no cash value. Neither the Promotional Code or the Discount can be combined with any other discounts, codes or promotions.
- The Promotion Period is between the hours of 12 a.m. from Monday 22nd January until 12:05 a.m. on Monday 29th January 2018.
- The Discount is limited to rides starting in the Port Elizabeth Promotional Area as defined by the map below:
- Successful redemption of the Discount is subject to the availability of Uber partner-drivers.
- Access to and use of the Uber application will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to all riders who use the platform.
