Following the success of UberPINK campaign held in Ho Chi Minh city last week, from 10am to 4pm this Saturday (24/10), we would like to invite you to join us in UberPINK rides to drive away breast cancer.

The rate of breast cancer in Vietnamese women has increased dramatically in recent years, especially in younger women, to 15,000 new cases per year. Shockingly, 70% of these cases were detected late leading to a fatality rate of 35%. Low public awareness about early detection as well as a social stigma about breast cancer has led to low rates of early detection among Vietnamese women. But do you know that breast cancer is one of few cancers that can be totally treated with early diagnoses?

HOW TO REQUEST AN UberPINK?

All you have to do in order to get an UberPINK is to open your Uber app, select the UberPINK vehicle option at the bottom of the screen and hit request. If you are one of the lucky winners, you have receive a confirmation within a few seconds and an Uber will take you to VietSing International Clinic to receive a free breast cancer examination.

Demand will be high, so keep requesting (even if you receive a notification that “UberPINK is busy”), to get more chances of getting a free breast screening
