You can use the in-app emergency button to call authorities to get help if you need it. The app displays your location and trip details, so you can quickly share them with emergency services. In some US cities, this information will be automatically shared with 911 dispatchers through our 911 integration pilot.

Uber customer associates trained in incident response are available around the clock.
