We’ve been cooking up something new – an app that makes getting great food as easy as requesting a ride. It’s our new food delivery platform, and it’s called UberEATS!
We’re excited to be launching in Bangkok, one of the best food cities in the world, and we’re working with over a hundred of Bangkok’s best local restaurants to deliver a diverse range of culinary experiences and cuisines across Bangkok.
From Tuesday 17th January, you can download and open the UberEATS app – available on iOS and Android – to choose from hundreds of dishes from the finest restaurants in town, including Krua Apsorn, Appia, Ippudo, Daniel Thaiger, Rocket Coffeebar and Mae Varee, and have it delivered directly to your door.
UberEATS operates from 10am – 10pm, seven days a week. So whether you’re craving a brunch fix, quick lunch or planning an elaborate dinner party, we’ve got you covered. During our launch phase, we’ll be servicing Yaowarat, Sathorn, Silom, Siam and Sukhumvit, with plans to expand quickly so that we can serve even more Bangkokians. And delivery is FREE for a limited time.

How does UberEATS work?
- Download the app and sign in – UberEATS is a different app, but you’ll use the same login as your Uber account. Get started by downloading the UberEATS app here. If you’re new to Uber, you’ll have to create a new account.
- Tell us where to deliver – add your home, work, or any other address you’d like.
- Browse local restaurants – search for your favourite local restaurant or try something new.
- Check out with a tap – pay with your credit or debit card on file. And remember, delivery is free for a limited time. If you’ve been paying for your Uber rides with cash, do add a debit or credit card to your account before using UberEATS.
Pro Tip: Use the “Add delivery note..” function right before you place an order to give specific delivery instructions like the office building name, floor & unit that you’re on, or landmarks to look for. - Track your order – watch as your order gets picked up and delivered right to your door.
