Get a Taste of Tampines with UberEATS
Written byAt Uber, we are always listening to our users so we are launching Tampines as an independent cluster today.
Our First Five Months – Growth Momentum
Globally, UberEATS is now in 30 cities in 8 countries and is continuing to launch in more cities every month. Singapore was UberEATS’ first launch in Asia, and has since been joined by Hong Kong and Tokyo in the region.
In the five months since our launch, UberEATS Singapore is now on its fifth expansion with Tampines. Other areas that has opened since May 2016 are Bukit Timah, Novena, Katong, and Serangoon.

From orders as small as a kaya waffle to corporate events for 50 people, UberEATS delivers the best restaurants in Singapore to customers with no minimum order and no delivery fee. With orders rising at 30% week on week, continued growth has encouraged local entrepreneurs to grow across the city on the UberEATS platform.
Saddad Haque, Owner of EPIKebabs, who is bringing on a second outlet in Tampines shares his experience with us: “Since being on UberEATS, I’ve seen my business grow 25%. I’m very glad to partner with them again, this time in Tampines.”
Leveraging off UberEATS’ logistical capabilities, Tampines is launching as a cluster with its own independent infrastructure. UberEATS is growing separate from its existing coverage area because of our commitment to delivering Singapore’s best restaurants wherever residents are hungry!
This is Tampines
At Uber, we are always celebrating neighbourhoods, so we are excited to go live in one of Singapore’s heartlands. We are launching with locally owned favourites and independent entrepreneurs, and bringing a little bit of everything to Tampines doorsteps.
We are proud to support small business owners and beloved local flavours like:

“As a new business owner, I believe UberEATS’ delivery capabilities will help me grow my revenue, spread the word and service both new and loyal customers,” says Arielle Low, owner of The Flourist.
We are excited to add Tampines to our foodie community and we cannot wait to hear about how we can make things better here and island-wide. Talk to us about UberEATS and this heartland on social media with the tags #UberEATS and #TampinesEATS.
