If you’re graduating this 2016, APPLY NOW to be a part of the selective Uber Philippines Launchpad Event, a whole-day engagement to be held on the first week of February 2016 where you’ll get to learn more about how Uber works in the country from the company’s leaders themselves. Also, get the chance to work with your fellow top students and experience what it’s like to hustle and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Finally, Launchpad will be capped in classic Uber style with a Happy Hour (Yes, UBeer will be served.).

Uber Philippines Internship Program
We are looking for rockstar interns with talent and vision to be part of our highly selective Uber Philippines Internship Program. In this paid internship, you will get hands on experience in working at the fastest growing start-up in the world. If you have impressive academic credentials, strong leadership and clear analytical skills, and basically live and breathe hustle, then you just might be what we’re looking for.
Aside from being part of changing the way transportation works in the country, you also get to work alongside your fellow top students and even a chance to travel! City Marketing
- City Marketing is all about owning user acquisition and growing brand awareness in the country. You’ll knock down doors and pursue any crazy idea to help grow Uber. You should be as comfortable giving a 15-second elevator pitch about Uber to a stranger as you are to digging into promo analytics. You’ll focus on scalable efforts that can be replicated in multiple cities by targeting events and partnerships.
- Working on City Marketing, you are the voice, face and soul of Uber in a given country, and you will serve as the personification of our fun, innovative, service-obsessed brand. In practice you are highly social, and would be thrilled to represent Uber at your city’s hippest and coolest events.
City Operations
- City Operations is all about making sure that whenever anyone in the country presses that button in the app, they will be able to get access to a safe, convenient, and reliable ride in less than 5 minutes. This includes all the real-world, on-the-ground business processes and driver management that live behind the app, creating the most effective, efficient, and reliable transportation service in the world
- This is an intense business start-up role that focuses on the operational side of Uber’s business (e.g. working with driver-partners, managing / improving their processes and experiences and efficiently managing a marketplace). Despite being a global organization, local offices maintain autonomy over their business – meaning you and your team own the growth and profitability of your local business.
Community Operations
- Community Operations is all about revolutionizing support for the Uber community. With data being at the core of all decisions made in the company, you will drive the thinking behind company wide decisions that impact how we support users in cities across Asia-Pacific.
- You will set up, improve, and automate reporting methods in a rapidly growing business with new products constantly being introduced as well as collaborate with regional city teams to address the biggest support challenges we face. Lead the thinking on how we can deliver remarkable experiences to our users in an efficient and scalable way.
