Nine cars. Nine investors and business leaders. Hundreds of Kiwi entrepreneurs. UberPITCH gave Auckland the chance to show off their best ideas to some of New Zealand’s most influential business people.

With the chance to get 10 minutes in front of the likes of Derek Handley, Ian McCrae, Roanne Parker and Ken Erskine, despite the rain thousands of #UberPITCH requests were made on Wednesday 18th May. Our investors were almost out of breath at the end, but with big smiles on their faces they are confident New Zealand’s business future is in safe hands!

 

 

Our partner, TechweekAKL, thoroughly enjoyed the day as well as the rest of their inaugural week. With over 50 events throughout the week, a huge amount of Kiwi’s came out to discuss tech and innovation in NZ.
