All drivers on the Uber platform are registered and fully licensed. In addition, you can rate your driver after every trip. Safety and quality first!
Safe and affordable
When you request your driver, you will immediately see the license plate number of the car and a photo and name of the driver so you know exactly who is going to pick you up. You can give your driver a call via the app as well, your phone number is always hidden. If you have any questions when your ride is finished, you can contact the Support tea directly via the app.

Cheaper than regular taxis
Whether you choose UberBLACK or uberX, both options are cheaper than a regular taxi. On average, an uberX trip is 35% cheaper. For a trip from Eindhoven Central Station to the High Tech Campus, you’ll pay only approximately €14 (compared to €21.50 for a regular taxi) and for only €18.50 you can get a trip to Eindhoven Airport (compared to €28.50 with a regular taxi). If you pick UberBLACK you’ll pay a bit more but get a luxurious ride, a bottle of water and a driver in a nice suit. You can always see the estimated fare in the app before you order your ride.

No cash necessary
Your trip will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account, which is linked to your Uber account. We’ll send you a ride receipt with the route map and all details of the trip via email. Should you have any questions, or forget something in a car, you can always contact our support team through the Uber app.

Easy going

Share your ETA via the app with your friends or family. Travelling together? Use the option ‘Fare Split’ and the app will automatically share the price with the people you added.
