How to arrange a pickup at KLIA, Penang and KKIA:

  • Once you’ve landed, open the app and drop the pin anywhere within the airport
  • Within the app, select your terminal and gate
  • Confirm your pickup location and your driver will meet you curbside
  • Estimate your fare from the airport here

How to spilt your fare:

  1. Request a ride
  2. Pull up the menu where driver’s info is
  3. Select “Fare Spilt”
  4. Choose your friends
  5. Tap “Invite”

Your friend(s)…

  1. Tap the link in the text message from Uber
  2. Your friends who don’t have an Uber account will be prompted to download the app and sign up
  3. Your Uber-savvy friends will be taken directly to the Uber app
  4. Your friends will ‘Accept’ the spilt fare

Then let Uber take care of the rest!
