With every 5-star rating, comes a responsibility to maintain an exceptional level of service. This week, we’ll give you tips on what you can do during your trip to ensure every rider has a great time with us:

  • Drive safely and with proper etiquette
When a rider enters your car, let them choose where they want to sit according to their preference. Safety is the number priority; you should drive as though you’re carrying a precious cargo. But please do not drive too slow.
  • Hands off your phone while driving
Use a hands-free kit if you need to answer important calls. If it’s not an urgent call, take the call once you’ve completed your trip.
  • It’s great to navigate
Even if you know the roads like the back of your hand, you should always use a smartphone app such as Waze or Google Maps to guide you around congested areas. Extra tip: use the ‘fastest route available’ feature to get to your rider’s destination faster.
  • Spread positivity during your trips
Don’t discuss religion, politics or any sensitive issues. Keep the conversation light and neutral. Refrain from complaining about your previous riders. Had a bad trip? Just report it to us and we’ll look into it.
  • It’s go-time when you go online
Be ready to roll when you go online! Make sure you get your riders to their destination on time as tardiness reflects badly on you and might affect your own rating.
