If you are an UberEats customer, you stand a chance to win a PlayStation 5

1. UberEats is giving away one (1) Sony Playstation 5 console only to the top eater in the month of February across Kenya (the “Incentive”).
2. The Incentive will start on 12:01 AM Thursday, 1 April 2021 and end on 11:59 PM Friday, 30 April 2021 (the “Incentive Period”) and is open to UberEats customers who meet the criteria below (the “Participants”). The time zone is East Africa Time.
3. Employees of Uber and UberEats, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the Incentive.
4. To participate:
   • You must place and pay for orders with the the UberEats phone or web Application (Uber Eats App) within the Incentive Period 
   • You must have placed the highest number of paid orders within the Incentive Period
   • You must not be operating as a corporate or with a corporate account within the Uber 4 Business platform
   • Only orders placed and completed in Kenya shall be considered for the Incentive
   • Participants flagged for fraud or deactivated by Uber during the Incentive Period will not be eligible to participate in the Incentive
   • Orders cancelled by the Participant will not be counted for eligibility
   • There shall be one (1) winner in this Incentive. Where two or more people tie on order volume within the Incentive Period, the winner will be the person with the highest total value of all orders within the Incentive Period
   •  Where two or more people tie on order volume and total value of all orders within the Incentive Period, the prize will be split between all the people who have tied on total value of orders within the Incentive Period and total order volume within the Incentive Period
   • A winner of a previous competition held by UberEats in the last 24 months will not be eligible to win this competition.
5. The winner shall be the top Participant who:
   • meets the criteria set above
   • has the highest number of paid orders within the Incentive Period for orders taken during the Incentive Period. For the avoidance of doubt, only paid orders that are completed during the Incentive Period shall be considered. Orders shall be deemed completed if paid and delivered to the Participant; 
   • The winner shall receive one (1) Sony Playstation 5 console only (the “Prize”) valid for collection for 1 month from Friday, 30 April 2021. This Prize will not include any additional or extra accessories or games. Any other additional costs that may arise as a result of the win shall be taken up by the winner, not Uber or UberEats.
6. UberEats shall contact the winner by telephone using the number on record within one week after the end of the Incentive Period (Friday, 30th April 2021).
7. If the winner is unable to be contacted after one (1) week via phone call or SMS, then the next eligible winner will be selected and contacted for the Prize.
8. If the winner is not able to collect their Prize (redeem their voucher) from UberEats or its authorized agency within thirty (30) days of being notified, the reward shall be deemed forfeited.
9. The winner will have to provide UberEats with proof of delivery including but not limited to the acknowledgement of receipt of the reward.
10. By accepting to be a winner in this Incentive, the winner gives Uber and/or its appointed agents the absolute right and permission to publish his or her  name in such media as Uber may choose (including but not limited to the internet). In addition, the winner agrees to participate in all public relations and marketing activities relating to the Incentive without additional consideration.
11. UberEats shall have the sole right, at its own discretion, to change the terms of the Incentive by extending or shortening the Incentive Period, alter any of the terms and conditions or otherwise stop or cancel the Incentive without any requirement for advance notice to the Participants.
12. This Incentive will not be valid in combination with any other offer from UberEats.
13. This Incentive is governed by the Laws of Kenya.
