Peter requests when he is ready. He doesn’t keep the driver waiting.

  • Remember, driver partners’ time is valuable too and they are more than happy to help you as soon as they accept your request.

Peter knows where he is going. He always enters his destination, within the coverage area.

  • Double-check your pick-up location on the map in the Uber app before hitting the ‘Request’ button. Pinning your location properly will save both you AND the driver valuable time so you can get going sooner.

Peter is mindful. He matches the driver photo and car number before entering the car.

  • Confirm you’re getting in the right Uber. If name / license doesn’t match, cancel the ride and report to us  – Review your trip by selecting Help and Support within the app itself

Peter travels with not more than 3 friends. If there’s a larger party, he asks his friends to request for another Uber.

  • Your Uber can take a maximum of 4 people per ride – travel comfortably!

  • Rate your driver based on your driver’s performance and quality of service. Drivers do not control the fare. If you have a question, select your trip and tell us your problem, within the Help section on your app and we’ll be happy to review your fare!
