At Uber, we’re always evolving and innovating our technology to make the experience on our platform as seamless as possible, for both riders and drivers. That’s why we’ve developed uberVENUES, a feature which allows riders to select from designated pickup points in key public areas like malls and schools, and have the Uber app automatically drop the pin at that location, so that drivers can easily navigate their way to you.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Enter your destination in the ‘Where to’ section
  • If you are at any of our UberVENUES locations, you will be asked to select your preferred pick-up point
  • When you’re ready, tap “Confirm Pickup Location” and your driver will meet you there

  14. Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla
