1.     This promotional discount can be availed only for tickets booked in all cities that Uber and BookMyShow are present in

2.     This promotional discount is valid for redemption and to avail the benefits thereunder till 31/03/2016

3.     Bigtree Entertainment Private Limited (“Bookmyshow”) reserves its right to add to or remove any of its cities/venues/movie halls from the above list at its sole discretion.
4. This promotional discount entitles only one user a discount of INR 300 on a booking made on Bookmyshow.
5.     Availability of tickets is subject to change from time to time and can be confirmed basis real-time online availability as and when you login for the purposes of the booking.
6.     The booking should be confirmed within the validity period.
7.     Ticket availability is on ‘First Come – First Serve’ basis
8.     An electronic confirmation along with the tickets would be sent to your email address registered with Bookmyshow post your booking. The same should reflect the amount charged post the promotional discount.
9.     To honor your booking, please have an email or message with details of your booking.
10.   This promotional discount is non-transferable and valid for only the limited period.

11.   The promotional discount may not be clubbed with any other offers.

12.   This offer is valid only for Uber customer taking 3+ Rides in a month only.

13.   This offer is valid PAN India; provided Uber and Bookmyshow services are available in a city.

14.   Uber reserves the right to deny the offer to any customer if required, to avoid misuse of the offer

15.   Uber and Bookmyshow reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the T&C of the offer any time after initiation

16.   To avail the offer, it is mandatory for the customer to share his/her personal details i.e. Name, Contact Number, Email ID, City on the landing page.

17.   This offer is valid on 1 unique customer only.

18.   Bookmyshow alone shall be responsible for the services and any disputes relating to the promotional discounts and neither Uber nor its affiliates will be responsible or liable for the same. Any claims for the services and promotional discounts will lie solely against Bookmyshow.
