Content Writer

Job Description

  • Work with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and for major campaigns, digital and print marketing communications, environmental experiences and more.

Uber has found a strong product-market fit with its world-changing service, but we’re still inventing our business every day. We’re seeking smart people to help build a global network of in-person Uber Activation and Support or Greenlight (GL) Centres for our driver-partners.

Uber’s driver-partners are our most important customers, and we’re building a best-in-class customer service experience for them. Activation and Support Centers help new partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.

Highly refined people skills, toughness, independence, persistence and empathy are required to ensure you provide the quality of service we demand for our partners. You will work closely with the GL team to make sure you’re meeting the needs of driver-partners and the high standards Uber aims for.

This is an intense, business-side startup role which has a clear and direct impact on the growth of our business. This is a ground floor opportunity to drive in-person support excellence and redefine the partner-driver experience at Uber.

L1 Expert

You will be the face of Uber for the partners coming to the GL. You will primarily assist the partners with their queries and deliver a world class experience to every Uber partner visiting the GL.

Senior Expert

This is a key role in the context of the metrics and the growth of the GL centre. You’ll be responsible for the deliverables of specific work-streams and will be leading your team to achieve those.

  • Solve problems and escalate issues to the operations team
  • Conduct daily huddles and keep the team motivated
  • Train and mentor the GL Experts to achieve their goals

Field Executive

Duties:

  • Onboard potential partners and build business awarness about the organisation in the market.
  • Interact and build business relationship with multiple driver partners on a day to day basis.
  • Liasion directly with clients for onboarding and processing document.
  • Travel widely across the city and discover and optimise onboardings from  various driver catchment areas or hotspots.

Dealer Acquisition Associate (DAA)

Uber vehicle solutions works with all relevant stakeholders in the Car Sales business to help driver partners acquire new cars at great rates and attractive financing offers.

The Dealer Acquisition Associate must be able to achieve personal car acquisition goals by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of car dealers and acquire new business by leveraging on Uber’s vehicle solutions offering. The individual is also responsible for securing marketing partnerships with select dealers to grow driver supply at Uber

Responsibilities

  • Evangelise and make Uber the preferred partner for driving Fleet car sales at Car dealerships across Bangalore / Karnataka
  • Win mindshare and loyalty of fleet car sales personnel at dealerships
  • Be the point of contact for all thing Uber for dealerships and sales staff at the dealerships
  • Work with portfolio of dealerships to drive marketing events and campaigns
