Uber Eats Help Center: How to Access Support in Sri Lanka

1. From the main screen on your Uber Eats app, go to ‘Account’ at the bottom of the page

2. On the ‘Account’ page, scroll down and click on ‘Help’ 

3. From here, choose the order you want to raise a query for (or) find an article that can help based on your issue

If you want to access help from our website, you can access Uber Eats Support here. 

Once you have received your order or if your order is cancelled, you can still avail support assistance through our In-app Help section. 

At this stage you will not be able to reach out via Chat or the Hotline. 

Use in-app support options for any other issues like Food Quality, Delivery Partner related concerns or Order related queries. We aim to resolve them within 24 hours!

You can also report Safety queries related to your Order or your Delivery Partner in the Help section.

Please update your app from the app store and try again.

If you are facing errors as shown above, you can always reach out to Support for help with a screenshot of your error: I can’t sign in to my account.
